Based in the heart of Hong Kong, APT is committed to delivering world-class tennis coaching and expanding opportunities in racquet sports while integrating innovative and eco-conscious practices into our operations.

Our directors, Robert McKenzie and Justin Seller, bring decades of experience from coaching elite and recreational players and managing top tennis programs across four continents. Together, they have built APT into a trusted name in tennis coaching, offering high-quality programs tailored for all ages and skill levels.

Robert McKenzie
Coach and Co-Founder

Robert has 20 years of coaching experience in various countries. He has an ATP Singles ranking of 1095, Doubles at 585, and a former ITF Junior ranking of 219. Robert is also a certified member of Tennis Coaches Australia (TCA).

He graduated in Business Finance with a Minor in Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University.

Justin Seller
Coach and Co-Founder

Justin has 10 years of coaching experience. He is an ATPCA certified professional instructor and a former collegiate tennis player in the United States. He has been nationally ranked Top 10 Junior at his age group in both South Africa and Australia.

He has a Bachelors in Business Administration from College of Coastal Georgia.

Alfredo Mota
Head Coach

Alfredo has 20 years experience with competing and coaching in various countries. He achieved a top 10 ranking for singles and a top 5 ranking for doubles in Brazil.

He graduated with an Associates Degree from College of The Desert in California.

Senior Tennis Coach

Emir has more than 20 years involved in the industry of tennis as a tennis player and as a coach for about 8 years. He played college tennis at University of Kentucky (D1) and also competed in professional tournaments, ITF Masters, and is currently top 40 in the world.

He studied International Business at San Ignacio de Loyola, Lima–Peru.

Sustainable Project Manager

Agus has 15 years of experience in the sports industry and 10 years working in education and self-development. He is guiding APT into becoming a sustainable enterprise. Due to his extensive background in education and global knowledge, he also supports the Red Ball Program with a holistic approach — making him the ideal coach for the little ones.

The Hotshots program is the perfect introduction for children under 12 to build strong foundations in tennis. Our sessions focus on coordination, technique, and rallying—taught in a safe, positive space that emphasizes fun and growth. Private Tennis Lessons
$850 p/h
Private tennis lessons allow the instructor to get to know your strengths and your weaknesses, so that they can personalize your tennis lesson with a customized learning plan to improve your tennis game.
Semi Private Tennis Lessons
$900 p/h
Semi private lessons follow the structure as for private tennis lessons; however, training is shared between two players who have a similar tennis level ranging from beginner to elite. This is $450 per person.
Group Tennis Lessons (3 People)
$950 p/h
Group tennis lessons are a fun way to improve your game along with friends.
